Performance Analysis - Outside California Training Course
This 3 day, 24 hour course is designed for sworn and professional staff supervisors, managers and executives. It is also beneficial for those employees who are interested in becoming a supervisor or manager. The course provides students a contemporary growth opportunity examining employee performance and the evaluation process. Students will explore various leadership concepts involved with the ongoing appraisal of workplace productivity and personnel performance evaluations. Students will be instructed in facilitator led discussions in topics including methods for employee performance analysis, considerations for personnel evaluation methodologies, common appraisal mistakes, personnel considerations and problem-solving strategies. This workshop examines understanding departmental goals, identifying organizational pitfalls and emphasizing leadership characteristics and performance accountability.
