At Concept Leadership Development, our mission is to prepare current and aspiring leaders to lead in the rapidly-changing landscape of law enforcement in today’s challenging environment. Our dedicated and experienced instructors immerse students in contemporary and engaging learning opportunities with a focus on cultivating leadership skills, vision, courage and ethics. Each course is an insightful experience that will inspire students to refine or formulate a personal leadership style. We are committed to fostering a learning environment that enriches students on their professional development journey.

 

Our Courses

We offer California POST and STC approved courses to sworn and professional staff supervisors and managers and to Corrections personnel. Our instructors are also invested in providing training to agencies outside of California. As an enhancement to our regular courses, we also conduct organizational Team Building Workshops and individual Leadership Coaching centered on developing the spectrum of leadership levels from emerging leaders to agency executives.

Laura A, Hanlon served in law enforcement for 29 years retiring at the rank of lieutenant from Cathedral City Police Department. Her many assignments included Patrol Operations, Investigations Bureau, Internal Affairs Investigations, Training and Personnel and policy manual development.
